The project aims to promote and export in non-European countries the IT products and services of New Changer Tech to intercept the needs of foreign markets, thus consolidating and increasing the company’s presence in international contexts.

The project objectives focus mainly on the following macro areas of interest:

• Analysis and identification of the most attractive markets;
• Definition of marketing strategy;
• Definition of commercial strategy on non-EU territories;
• Consulting and support for commercial activities;
• Participation in major trade fairs/conferences/events for commercial purposes;
• Increasing competitiveness.

The goal is to expand New Changer Tech’s products and solutions sales internationally, mainly targeting the markets of North and South America, to increase between 15% and 30% both business volumes and customer base.
